To protect the business long term, we established a 24/7 cybersecurity monitoring protocol, launched real-time bot protection layers, and put Sonashi under our AMC plan (Annual Maintenance Contract) that includes regular penetration testing, malware scans, and threat intelligence updates.
In addition, we took over AWS server management, optimizing performance, ensuring uptime, and providing scalable support for their growing digital footprint across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and beyond.
